Finance Change Manager
Our client, a large UK based company, require a Finance Change Manager to join their team on an initial 6 months basis. The client is entering the last phases of a large merger and requires additional interim support. The role will be reporting into the Finance Manager and Head of Finance. The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Take a lead on delivering a smooth transition on behalf of the finance team, working closely with the joint venture finance team.
- Understand how the new finance set-up will work and suggest and implement improvements and arrangements.
- Take ownership for the new finance processes
- Work with the Joint Venture finance team to ensure all reportsare ready for go-live
- Proactively identify risks and help develop mitigation plans where appropriate
The successful candidate will likely:
- Have all round finance team experience
- Have prior expereince in business change projects
- Takes ownership and has a track record of successful delivery
- Experience of working in a variety of finance teams with different systems & processes
