Finance Manager

• Month-end ledger close for UK and US entities including journal postings
• Consolidation of Group monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly management accounts pack
• Assisting with the preparation of the year end statutory accounts
• Cost centre management
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis for business managers
• Overseeing preparation of payment runs and bank payments
• Overseeing day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

Provision of support and cover for the Finance Team generally

Required Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE
• Proven experience in a month-end reporting role including production of management accounts packs is essential
• Transaction processing and payments experience
• Planning and analysis and business partnering experience desirable
• Strong excel skills

• Good knowledge and experience of using SAGE or other relevant finance systems

• Previous staff supervision/ line management experience
• University degree desirable

• Valid authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
