Commercially minded Business Partner / Financial Controller needed for International Company in High Wycombe



Your new role:
This is a hands on commercial role which will focus on financial planning, budgeting & forecasting as well as business partnering with the UK Management Team (Sales and Service) to help deliver strategic and profitable model for the UK business as well as building a good working relationship with international colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Business Partner for General Manager to provide commercial support, produce timely and accurate site and group reporting and ensure high quality financial data is recorded in order support discussion and drive results
  • Country/Region Support for transactional analytics and Budgeting/Forecasting
  • Special Projects
  • Commentaries and Variance Analysis
  • Oversee and organize administrative support function within the Region
  • Drive forecasting/planning process and prepare consolidated forecasts
  • Analyze Country/Region variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances and support country manager and regional managers in determining countermeasures
  • Provide leadership to improve local financial results in the area of Revenue, Operating Profit & Working Capital.
  • Define and provide leadership to implement and improve a process to provide forecast accuracy
  • Liaison with Corporate headquarter in EU for FP&A processes



Background: Knowledge/Education, Skills, Experience

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 5/7 years' experience in primary audit firms or in international companies.
  • Fluent English,
  • Relationship and problem solving skills, attitude to team working
