Accounts Payable Manager

Badenoch & Clark are delighted to be partnering a leading commercial organisation located in Redhill for the recruitment of an accounts Payable Manager. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manage a small transactional accounting team and be responsible for managing a high volume invoicing environment.

As Accounts Payable Manager you will be tasked with looking after the day to day runnings of the team as well as ensuring the team are supervised.

Due to the nature of the role you must match the following:
- Experience of managing or supervising an accounts payable team (ideally within a large business)
- Experience of using a large ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience of working in a high volume purchase ledger environment

Key responsibilities:

-Responsible for inputting invoicing, clearing invoices and processing invoices
-VAT calculations
-Responsible for processing intercompany transactions and associated reconciliations
-Payment runs and supplier payments
-Manage a team including appraisals and one-to ones
-Ad hoc duties
