A privately owned media group in West London T/O £70m are seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant for their team on a permanent basis. They have made 30 acquisitions over the past 10+ years.
As Group Financial Accountant you will provide robust financial reporting as well as analysis of financial metrics and supporting the group acquisition programme.
Your duties shall include
- Preparation of Group Reporting board pack
- Business development, assisting with acquisition due diligence, financial modelling, appraising new business opportunities and raising finance to fund acquisitions
- Group forecasting & budgeting
- Ownership of group consolidations - and forecasts
- Oversight of the company ledgers and balance sheet
- Ownership of audit and tax requirements with external accountants
- Mentoring an assistant financial accountant
This is an ideal opportunity for;
- An ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with 1-2 years post qualification experience in industry
- Proactive hardworking
- Experience within financial accounting
- Strong communicator
