CFO – Private Equity Real Estate
London- £100,000 + strong bonus + upside

Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a qualified CFO for a PE Asset Manager with a focus on Real Estate to be based in London. This is a small Asset Manager and as such will require someone who is incredibly hands on and happy to wear many hats, including modelling on potential and existing real estate investments.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Strategic vision and a commercial approach
- Financial accounting and accounting standards
- Taxation and other relevant legislation
- Accounting and management information systems
- Being objective and neutral in decision-making
- Interacting appropriately at all levels within the organisation
- Providing constructive support in the development and analysis of initiatives / financial proposals.
- Communicating and presenting complex financial information to internal and external audiences and at different levels.
- This role is about providing right hand support to the CEO who is one of three partners (the other two partners are silent partners)
