I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Accounts Payable Assistant for an innovative business based in Watford. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processing, payments and reconciliations are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
This is a temporary to permanent position
Key Responsibilities
- Input supplier invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile supplier statements and request copies of missing invoices when require
- Assisting the company's expenses system (CONCUR)
- Processing supplier payments through bank and check payments
- Set up new suppliers and complete their credit check
- Review aged credit reports and provide resolutions for credit balances
- Key Requirements
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Recently graduated in a degree in Mathematics or Accounting
