Expanding Accountancy Practice based in Beaconsfield, Bucks have an excellent opening for an Outsourcing Supervisor to join their Business Services Division. The Department has increased in size in the past twelve months and as a result they now require an Outsourcing Supervisor to work closely with the manager to help review work, manage workflow and liaise with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities of the Outsourcing Supervisor include:
" Working within the Business Services Group team
" Review of Management Accounts and VAT returns
" Manage a team of accountants
" Manage workflow
" Dealing with client queries
" VAT Returns
" Bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
The ideal Outsourcing Supervisor will have:
" Previous experience in a similar role and working within tight deadlines
" Have had previous experience of Training/managing individuals
" Exceptional client handling skills
" Excellent interpersonal skills
" A determined and confident approach
" A proactive attitude, new ideas and the ability to grow with the position.
Ideally you will be a Part Qualified Accountant with previous accountancy practice and supervisory experience and in return you will receive a salary between £35k-£45k
