Director of FP&A
We have been engaged to select a Senior FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) leader to work with a leading $2bn FinTech business, based in Central London.
Responsibilities for the Director of FP&A:
Finance Leadership. You will direct all activities for the function.
Lead the Financial Forecasting Process
Represent the unit with other teams, Corp HQ, Shared Service etc. Be the face of the function
Role Components for Director of Financial Planning and Analysis:
Responsible for business analysis and support.
Delivery of business objectives
Manage the FP&A team, some in the UK, some overseas
Develop business actions working with the Operating plan
Reporting and analysing financial period and their results to produce longer term forecasts
Who will you be now?
An experienced FP&A Manager, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A role.
A driven leader of people and change
Someone who influences.
Someone who can work cross culturally
Probably a qualified accountant
