Senior Finance Project Controller

Investigo are currently engaged with a large International business based in Hertfordshire who are seeking an immediately available Senior Finance Projects Controller to head up a large-scale project to Centralise Finance.

This is a high-level role where you will be tasked with delving into the business to understand how things are currently done and then make recommendation for how processes can be improved and then implement the agreed changes.

This role will suit a Qualified Controller, who possesses exceptionally strong process experience coupled with a project background. You will also have a record of achievement in driving improvements and changes to existing processes.

Key Duties / Deliverables -

• Quickly establish current ways the business is operating by engaging with relevant stakeholders
• Establish observations / recommendations for improvements to current processes and present ideas to the board
• Roll out and deliver agreed improvements and communicate to Junior and Senior stakeholders
• Centralise multiple entities into Finance and create a fit for purpose model for the future

To Apply -

• Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Very strong Process / Controls experience
• Have worked on similar projects in the past
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with stake holders of different levels
