Assistant Management Accountant

Are you working towards your ACCA or CIMA and want a role as an Assistant Management Accountant to coincide with your studies?

An opportunity to gain exposure in a commercially focused role situated in North Derbyshire for a manufacturing organisation who's products can be found on any high street. This role is working within a dynamic organisation that operate in a fast moving and challenging environment.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for offering professional support to both the operational and financial management team. Key responsibilities include:

** Production of weekly management accounts to the finance management & directors

** Weekly review of costs and KPI with both management accounts and operational management

** Upload weekly journals to the finance system

** Collating results for the Company and reporting to investors

** Assist in preparation of monthly reports and board papers

The key skill desired for this role is the ability to interact with colleagues of all levels and have the ability to engage colleagues across the business. It is important to be highly organised and to contain the ability to be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
