The company you will be working for are the UK leaders in floor distribution. They are based just outside of Manchester City centre with free onsite parking.

Your new role

The position is an all round Accounts Assistant position where you will be managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable side of things. You will also be involved in the internal chasing of debt and producing credit notes. It is on an ongoing temporary contract with an excellent chance of going permanent.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have at least 6 months experience in a finance based job. The ability to learn new things at a fast paced and good team work skills are also both essential for this job. Experience using SAGE 50 would be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return

An excellent basic pay and free onsite parking also comes as standard. If the role is to go permanent you will sit down with your line manager and have a review. At this point you will be set targets that must be met over the next 3 months. If you are successful in meeting them you will be given more senior duties e.g. assist with month end and have a salary increase.
