Senior Finance Accountant

An opportunity for an interim Financial Accountant to join a global recognised multinational business. The role will hold responsibility for improving the controls and processes for the development of management accounts for key business areas. This role will be required to develop integral management accounts to facilitate a robust understanding of both balance sheet and income statement analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying any and all potential financial control weaknesses in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Produce monthly reporting for key business areas including variance analysis and a review of spend vs budget / forecast.
- Preparation of Balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations that provide a robust and detailed understanding of the financial position and performance of business areas.
- Provide further support to any adhoc projects

Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Big 4 audit experience preferred, with industry experience
Excellent verbal and written comms
Ability to build effective relationships with both finance and non finance
