Finance Business Partner

Badenoch & Clark is currently working alongside a highly esteemed company based out of Gatwick towards the appointment of a Finance Business Partner. Reporting into the Head of Business Partnering you will be accountable for the production, integrity and delivery of exemplary month end reporting, business partnering and systems improvement. This is an ideal opportunity for you to apply your financial expertise towards tangible solutions and improvements throughout the business.
Due to the nature of this role, the suitable candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant with demonstrable experience within a similar role.
Key Accountabilities:
*Budgets and forecasting
*Continual management of accounting records
*Preparation and breakdown of monthly accounts including an in depth analysis of aberrations to the budget
*Accountability for balance sheets and reconciliations
*Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Revenue, Client, and Project reports
*Preparation of year end reports
*Continual driving for the improvements of processes in congruence with company procedures and objectives
*Liaise with various stakeholders throughout all tiers of the company and business partner the Managing Director of the group
Essentials:
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
*Advanced MS Excel skills
*Meticulous with the ability to see the 'bigger picture'
*Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner at a high level
