Finance Director

Established manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Finance Director with manufacturing experience.

A well established SME manufacturing/ engineering organisation that is one of the leaders in their field in Europe.

Your new role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the provision of Finance and Company Secretarial services to the business.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to develop, recommend and implement appropriate financial policies and procedures for the efficient and effective financial control of the business; prepare annual budgets to plan for and supports financial control of the business; management and monitor the activity of the finance function; produce monthly management accounts; manage the year end process and manage and develop the finance team.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience within manufacturing/ engineering, ideally with "shop floor" experience. You will be hands on finance leader who likes to get fully immersed in the business.
