Senior Internal Auditor

Mark Sattin is working with a Financial Services client who is currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to join this newly established team. This is a very a rare opportunity to be part of a business who is growing an internal audit function and be at the beginning of one of the most exciting transformation project across Yorkshire. Working as part of the Internal Audit function, you will be responsible for:-

• Contributing to the annual audit plan, placing focus on the highest risks in line with business units/management expectations and concerns.
• Completing audits in accordance with internal process and protocols and to ensure that the audit output is communicated effectively.
• You will perform special and ad-hoc projects to professional standards, including internal audit process related projects.
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is essential in the role and you must work with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and keep an open-mind and flexible approach.

Ideally you will be experience in Internal Audit and ideally have experience working in financial services would be advantageous. They are looking for you to be qualified CIA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA and be passionate about developing a career working in Internal Audit.
