Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The Company is a Private Equity backed retail business operating throughout the UK. With over 250 outlets and some of the industry's leading brands the business is now positioning itself to deliver market leading growth and maximise the potential of its brands following recent acquisitions.
The Role will support the business in understanding the current and potential group financial performance. A commercial role which covers all aspects of FP&A including re forecasts, budget, performance analysis, M&A/refinancing projects and ad hoc analysis.
to incl: updating long term planning, commentary to support findings/assumptions, due diligence and presentations. You will lead budget cycles across multi site/multi brand businesses and be comfortable reporting to the finance director and board.
The Person is likely to be a graduate, qualified CIMA/ACCA with at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role - excellent attention to detail, a strong analytical mind-set with clear and confident communication skills to present to non financial management. Flexible, takes early responsibility and ownership, planning, reviewing and challenging the numbers and how they are made up - managing a team of 2 part qualifieds.
Organised and methodical a high commercial awareness with strong excel and modelling skills.
