Financial Controller

I have been instructed to help source a Qualified Financial Controller on an interim basis for a well know International Bank. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract to help ensure the efficient running of the finance department.

This is the chance to work in the heart of the City of London you will be managing a team of two people. It is essential that you have previous management experience combined with a eye for detail.

Key duties

- Help with the day to day running of the finance department
- Cover review for EBA/PRA/BOE returns
- IFRS 9 deliverables
- Review and assist the preparation of the banks ICAAP/ ILAAP document.
- Preparing or authorising manual accounting entries
- Implementing new accounting, regulatory and risk/stress test requirements
- Adhoc duties given by the CFO

The Ideal candidate

- Is fully qualified in either ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Has international banking experience
- Must have team management experience
- Must have strong regulatory reporting experience
