Reporting Accountant

Our client is recruiting a qualified accountant to cover for maternity leave. The Reporting Accountant will sit within the business and support operations with all aspects of finance, budget management and pricing decisions. The Reporting Accountant will manage a small finance team and have specific responsibility for: monthly financial review identifying variances and trends; manage the annual budgeting process for the business unit; manage the rolling forecast; control overhead and headcount reporting; produce monthly and quarterly price variance reports.

The ideal candidate will hold a formal accountancy qualification, ideally ACA or ACCA with relevant reporting experience and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to supervise and coach staff. Experience in practice or industry would be considered for this role.
