I am currently assisting a large finical services business in Cambridgeshire in their search for a Senior Financial Operations Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to lead change within a team within a fast changing environment.
Responsibilities;
- Working with a small team within financial operations who deliver daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Drive process change including identifying and prioritising areas for improvement with assistance of wider finance team.
- Define target operating model for the function
- Create a strong team dynamic and create clear and concise goals for the team to deliver change.
- Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA.
- Experience of improving financial control frameworks
- Successful track record of delivering change within financial operations.
- Extensive financial services experience.
