Fast growing holding company with national presence is looking for a Financial Accountant work within their group team and consolidate and integrate all of their subsidiary businesses.
Senior Financial Accountant
£65,000
Central London
Key aspects to role the Senior Financial Accountant role:
* Manage monthly management close
* Cash flow statements
* Company entity accounts
* Group accounting and consolidation
* Working with Bank covenants
* Profit and loss and cash flow forecasting
* VAT returns
* Performance reporting and debtor reviews
* Interim and statutory accounts
* Liaise with banks, auditors, divisional finance teams and external auditors
* Review and implement policies and procedures
* Be aware of requirements associated with Plc listing
* Maintain statutory books
* Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
The ideal candidate will be an ACA qualified accountant from a practice background with experience working with international companies and be used to group consolidation.
