Nationwide construction business are recruiting a qualified Finance Manager to lead a subsidiary business unit

Your new company
This leading construction services business have a national presence providing services to a wide of industries. Due to an internal promotion, a need has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join their organisation, leading the finance and commercial function for a large subsidiary business unit.

Your new role
Reporting in to the Finance Director, you will take full responsibility for a £30m t/o subsidiary business leading the production of the monthly financial and management accounts function, budgeting and forecasting, managing the WIP, cashflow management, project reporting, CAPEX reporting and ad-hoc duties.
In addition you will lead the commercial relationship with external customers and clients; working on a specific project to improve the internal processes and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified finance professional with demonstrable experience within a complex organisation and have experience of operating with managing WIP and it's associated reporting. You will be a confident, professional and engaging business partner, able to support and challenge the status quo within the organisation.
