Financial Controller

Seeking recommendations for a FINANCE CONTROLLER for an exceptional international manufacturing organisation based in SWANSEA.

The Controller will be responsible for the overall financial management, SOX compliance & control and for protection of the assets for the plant. This individual will maximize return on financial assets, achieving annual growth in revenue and EBIT targets through internal growth and additional market penetration opportunities. This role works closely with the Plant General Manager, plant control teams, the UK Controllers & European Finance Director in achieving its objectives. The incumbent will be expected to share and transmit knowledge back into the plant team, from the UK & divisional finance teams. Full plant controller responsibilities: Daily flex, 26 schedules based weekly reporting package, inventory and actual month end reporting.Fully understand the meaning of these schedules and their implications / impacts within the plant.Develop and implement effective plant controlling, forecasting, measurement & KPI techniques - in conjunction with weekly reporting package.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the operations financial statements Assist with implementing efficiencies & value improvements with plants teams & improved working practices.Work with cross-functional plant management and teams to deliver the above information AND design projects that help deliver underlying tangible benefits for the plant. We are seeking a Qualified with accountant with significant experience in a manufacturing or engineering business.

Salary from £45,000 to £65,000 cash package plus excellent benefits
