Then we may have the opportunity for you, our client a rapidly expanding IT services organisation based in the Birmingham area is seeking a Cheif Financial Officer (CFO) to continue to help drive their business forward as they continue to make and integrate acquisitions as well as overseeing the day to day functions of the finance team. As Chief Financial Officer you will have a seat on the board and reporting to the CEO you will contribute strategically as well receiving an equity stake in the organisation.
Can you demonstrate the following?
- Board level exposure within PE backed group
- Commercial and strategic exposure (ideally IT Services)
- Experience of acquisitions and mergers
- Excellent cash management
- Experience of taking a business through a growth spurt
- Implementation of robust reporting, processes and controls.
