You will be responsible for but not limited to;
*Preparing draft monthly management accounts with commentaries and variance analysis for central services including HR and IT
*Business partnering with non finance individuals in Central Services departments and aid budgetary control.
*Producing quarterly forecasts and assist in annual budgets in Central Services.
*Maintaining financial control by performing regular balance sheet reconciliation
*Supporting finance manager with ad-hoc analytical work
*Assisting with closure of year end accounts
*Assisting in development of business plans
*Actively participating in meetings, planning, development and team building events

The ideal candidate will have some management accounting experience as well as good technical accounting knowledge. You will ideally be part qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA and be active in pursuing your studies.

You will be proactive, motivated and take initiative with excellent communication skills. The desire to develop and is key and heavily encouraged within the role, taking on new responsibilities and receiving a pay rise reflecting this.
