Badenoch & Clark is currently recruiting for a well-established and highly esteemed organisation based out of Shoreham towards the appointment of a Group Finance Systems Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the finance systems across the company. As such, your work will be pivotal in the pursuit and fulfilling of company objectives.
Your role will require a focus on consolidations and reporting processes, month/year-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Key Accountabilities:
*Support the post go live warranty period and transition of Tagetik to business as usual
*The provision of troubleshooting for month end, year end, and group reporting
*Develop the existing systems to use for budgeting and forecasting
*Administration of the system. Controlling monthly and annual close cycles, ensure SAP connections work, add new users, maintain security profiles.
*Maintain the integrity of the system by undertaking regular control checks
Essentials:
*Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven expertise in supporting and administering a multi-currency consolidation system, to include report writing.
*Experience and knowledge of SAP FI CO
*Experience and knowledge of Tagetik highly desirable
*Firm understanding of management accounting and statutory reporting principles.
