I'm currently recruiting for fantastic organisation based in Surrey and looking for qualified candidates who has a capability to drive and manage financial information and provide strong support directly to Director of Finance.
You will be responsible for delivering financial analysis to challenge the business and provide monthly review of allocated spend against budget
Contributing commercially to increase profitability, working closely with marketing and sales teams
Looking at financial reporting process - budgeting and forecasting
Establishing more efficient commercial processes and strong relationships with stakeholders
Identifying key trends and planning / challenging accordingly, inclusive of pricing
Experience of SAP business systems will be a major advantage, ideal candidate will be at advanced level
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the business, including confidence to attend high level meetings and contribute effectively
Ability to lead, encourage, develop and motivate colleagues and team.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills to be capable of analysing complex financial and commercial data and turning it into clear, actionable intelligence
A track record of influencing decisions, challenging performance and embedding ownership of financials with operators
Proven capacity to make simple abstract models out of complex financial and commercial data
Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA /CIMA
