FP&A Accountant

Ownership of all forecasting and budgeting: weekly, monthly, ad hoc

Production and ownership of divisional dashboards - financial & KPIs

Global sales and margin analysis & explanation within division

Identify system, process and commercial improvements

Work with compliance function to ensure tax, legal and commercial compliance across division

Support Global Finance Team

Develop and manage Finance Assistant

Ad hoc requests and support to Divisional FD and Exec

Required:
Qualified accountant, CIMA/ACCA or ACA preferred

Strong financial analytical experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail

Excel modelling skills to a high level

Able to prepare and present financial information in a simple and meaningful way

Excellent communicator - written, presentations and verbal

Able to work calmly under pressure to deliver tight deadlines

Highly motivated individual who thrives in a culture of high achievement and success

Partnering; ability to work with a partnering culture to develop positive relationships both internally and externally

Commercially astute with a good understanding of business

Experience using JDE/Oracle/SAP, similar

Experience using Insight/Business Objects, similar
