As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established real estate management group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” occupiers and investors services to a brand-name international client portfolio. A business restructure following a high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, alongside the merger of two large businesses, has created an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to undertake an EMEA Finance Business Partner role. Supporting the EMEA region FP&A, you will be responsible for finance business partnering the group EMEA region, comprising 16 countries, Head of FP&A and the EMEA Group CFO on financial strategy, financial planning & analysis, forecasting and competitor analysis. Your brief includes:
•Acting as a Finance Business Partner with EMEA infrastructure functional heads, providing financial insights including budgeting, actual spend & organisational design to align with budget spend & business needs
•Providing full country P&L financials insights to assess business performance, opportunities for business growth, team alignment & cost opportunities
•Assisting with monthly close, reporting, board communication & budgeting process within EMEA
•Analysis of financial performance & forecasting for EMEA functions through monthly, quarterly, interim & annual reporting
•Preparation of business review packs & supporting analysis & commentary
•Ensuring the integrity of strategic, budgeting & forecasting processes including Excel modelling & template creation
•Analysing trends in key performance indicators & developing relevant business insights
•Supporting the development EMEA-wide recharges, policy & transfer pricing implications
As a graduate ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant, having trained within the Big 4/Top 10 or a blue-chip FTSE environment, you will possess a strong track record in EMEA or international Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) gained within a large global business. With existing Finance Business partnering skills, you will demonstrate senior stakeholder management experience, advanced Excel skills and, ideally exposure to HFM and/or Essbase, alongside the ability to translate financial data into commercial language. The role demands commercial focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in challenging and influencing key decision makers.
