Accounts Receivables Assistant

A well known and growing Aviation organisation in Crawley are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

The Role
This role will support the Senior Business Partner of FP&A and will be responsible for: * Providing credit reports
* Raising of new provision invoices sales
* Updating and maintaining client accounts
* Resolve collections by investigating payment plans & payment history * Co-ordinating contact with collections department
* Maintaining invoice accounts & preparing reports

The Person
The idea candidate will have proven experience working within Accounts Receivable within a fast paced environment & dealing with multicurrency transactions & handling queries both internal and external.
You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of detail and quality assurance. It is essential that this candidate is able to understand and translate invoices in French, German or Italian.
