A company operating within the Technology/IT industry based in London requires an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their growing finance team. Working in a team of 5, you'll be reporting directly in to the Financial Controller.
Roles Responsibilities -
- Reconciling aged debtors
- Recording VAT invoices
- Invoicing and ledger maintenance
- Maintain accurate AR ledger records and reconciliations of accounts
- Customer credit checks
- Credit Control - Recovering outstanding debt
- Regular debt reviews and reporting
- Cash forecasting
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Requirements -
- Experience using Navision would be beneficial however not essential
- Experience in the above role responsibilities
- Multi Currency experience would be beneficial
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own
- Good level of Word and Excel skills
