Part Qualified Management Accountant      

Blackwaters is recruiting for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant within a Device Technology business based in Reading. This role is initially a 6-month contract, but there is the possibility of a permanent position for the right applicant. 

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would suit someone who is actively studying towards completing their ACCA/CIMA qualification, who wants the opportunity to learn and develop in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities:

The role will be varied, but the main responsibilities will include:

·         Month end responsibilities

·         Support in production of the monthly management accounts

·         Ledger management

·         Journal posting

·         Assist with the budgeting and forecasting as required

·         Management of fixed asset

·         Supporting the Finance Manager as required

Person Specification:

The applicant should be actively studying for an accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and be interested in gaining experience in a growing, successful company. The role would suit someone who has already gained some experience in financial roles, and who is looking to continue to develop and learn.

Location: Reading

Salary: £150-180 per day, dependent on experience.
