Our client is a successful and profitable SME manufacturing business with strong growth ambitions - both organically and through acquisition. Chilworth Partnership is working closely with the CEO to help him appoint a new CFO.
Reporting to the CEO this role is an exceptional ‘grow and build’ opportunity with a very strong focus on cash management and corporate strategy. Managing a small but capable team across various locations, this role also has a strong stakeholder management element.
Candidates will be qualified accountants with SME and probably manufacturing experience. A strong track record in cash management and some exposure to transactions and a successful ‘grow and build’ strategy would be a real advantage.
