Working with some of the brightest minds in the Industry, our client, a unique, high growth International business is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for a key role within finance.

This high profile role has been designed to support key operational sites across the company's UK network and would best suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic record and a proven track record of driving commercial business insight/ analysis. This is a business partnering position in its purest form underpinned by key reporting, budgeting, forecasting and systems.

The company provide services and business solutions to an ever expanding portfolio of clients across the globe. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of sustained growth across their International network and have seen a strong rise in employee numbers throughout 2016. Responsibilities:

  • Providing Financial support and advice across the group: Delivering financial insight and acting as a critical advisor on finance and broader operational activities
  • Key partner to the COO and Direct team, helping to shape and steer the business to deliver its objectives through your understanding and interpretation of performance, and recommendations
  • Lead on a number of key finance initiatives, such as our reporting capability, account simplification changes, system enhancements and budgeting and forecasting cycle, all with a focus on making those initiatives as sleek and business friendly as possible
  • Key partner on commercial matters, supporting the healthy growth of the business with input into Business Cases and Life Cycle Management
  • Enhance group wide reporting on Financial, Commercial, Sales and other matters, such that through the above partnering, the operations team have the right information at the right time to make optimal informed decisions
  • Ensure that the provision of financial services across the group, either directly or via 3rd party outsourced provision, is to a high quality, represents value for money, and meets the SLA's agreed with both the business and those providers

The successful candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and first-hand experience of working in a business facing, ops focused commercial finance role. This is a relationship driven role where the right approach and a long term business view are the key to success.
