We have a permanent position live at the moment for an outstanding Accounts Payable Manager in our Hatfield office.

You will have the responsibility for managing our Accounts Payable Department, proving you are the expert in your field and understanding their needs; Giving Shape to Ideas!

A little about you:

Leading, managing and developing a team of 5 you will be monitoring and overseeing timely and accurate input of invoices, payment of suppliers within deadlines and the resolution of all queries.

By identifying and implementing process improvements you will maintain portfolios of supplier reconciliations requirement and prepare weekly Accounts Payable ageing analysis for review with Senior Finance and Controls Manager

You will also ensure all payments are made with contractual guidelines and perform balance sheet reconciliations relating to AP.

Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure any queries are resolved you would have a proven track record of creating and maintaining a timetable of all Accounts Payable duties, preparing weekly 16 week cash payments forecast and supporting the Year End Audit Process
