Senior Financial Operations Manager

Client is a large finical services business in Cambridgeshire in their search for a Senior Financial Operations Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to lead change within a team within a fast changing environment.
Responsibilities;
* Working with a small team within financial operations who deliver daily and monthly reconciliations.
* Drive process change including identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement with assistance of wider finance team.
* Define target operating model for the function
* Create a strong team dynamic and create clear and concise goals for the team to deliver change.
* Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA.
* Experience of improving financial control frameworks
* Successful track record of delivering change within financial operations.
* Extensive financial services experience.
