Purchase Ledger Supervisor

£25,000 - £27,000 + benefits
A well-established business based in Northampton are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is varied and would an experience Finance professional with a solid Accounts Payable background. This is an extremely hands on and diverse position, where you will be assisting with all aspects of the AP function.
Duties include;
• The day to day supervision of the Purchase Ledger team - ensuring KPIs and targets are met
• Managing complex supplier queries
• Ensuring the supplier statement ledger is reconciled
• Take control of key supplier accounts when required
• Conducting team 121s and training when required
• Producing weekly and monthly reports for the Finance Director
The ideal candidate will be qualified by experiences or AAT qualified and have good knowledge of Excel-able to perform VLOOKUP’s and Pivot-tables.
Basic salary - £25,000 – £27,000 + excellent benefits
