Group Management Accountant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an Group Management Accountant. My client is a £100m turnover + acquisitive and fast growing organisation in Leeds which has an exciting opportunity within their growing finance team.

The Group Management Accountant role would provide the successful applicant with a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of the accounts team. You will be responsible for assisting with monthly management accounts with a number of monthly overhead reports, balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the month end accounts. This will be a varied and fast paced job role which will require you to manage a busy workload and prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.

My client feels this position would best suit a CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant who has a strong grounding in management accounting. You will ideally have had exposure to applying these skills within a industrial environment although open to considering candidates who can demonstrate the appropriate experience if it is gained within a different industry.

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* Monthly management reporting
* Month end journal postings, stock accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
* Working with senior stakeholders
* Analysis of budgets and forecasts
* CIMA or ACCA qualified
