Churchill Howard are working in partnership with a leading listed organisation in an easily accessible location in the Midlands to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to create and drive value across the operational areas of the business; developing projects that focus on improving business performance, driving cost reduction and increasing revenues. This role will suit a highly commercial accountant with a background in Corporate Finance or experience in business partnering senior stakeholders within a transformation environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs or increase revenue
- Partner with senior operational stakeholders to develop initiatives to drive improvements in business performance
- Influence operations teams, ensuring buy in to transformation
- Report on benefits derived from initiatives; produce compelling business case analysis and board presentations to support business wide implementation and roll out.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have demonstrable stakeholder management skills, effective influencing skills and be highly credible at exec level.
