Head of Commercial Finance sought for a leading division of a FTSE 100 FMCG group based in Bedfordshire. As the key finance decision support individual to board level commercial directors, this role includes:
- Partnering with the Sales, Marketing and Innovation Directors and their teams
- Providing key financial information
- Leading the commercial forecasting and budgeting process
- Preparing and assessing and challenging business cases
- Managing and developing a high performing team of 4
In summary be a genuine business partner to all members of the division's executive team.
You will be a qualified accountant with strong academics and a track record of delivery through business partnering with commercial functions. You will need to have management experience, and a background in FMCG is also highly preferable. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious commercial finance professional to take the next step up in their career and drive real value.
Delivery in this role will also enable the successful candidate to be able to take part in a Finance Leadership program that will fast-track your progress to a Finance Director position in the future.
