About the M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst:
The M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst based in Central London will work with the Corporate Finance team on potential acquisitions, debt and equity financings, potential capital markets transactions and analysis of operational & financial information.
As M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst your key responsibilities will be:
- Analysing inbound financial models and data
- Monitoring operational KPI's
- Constructing and maintaining detailed financial and valuation models
- Performing industry competitive analysis
- Preparing investment research and reports
- Providing decision support to senior exec team members
With a background in corporate finance or investment banking, you should have strong modelling and corporate finance experience and be used to working in a global fast paced environment.
