A vibrant, fast growth professional services organisation are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Payroll Manager/ Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team. The business has grown over 50% over the last few years and are looking to grow even further in the near future.
Job Title: Group Payroll Manager
Salary: £35k-£45k
Location: Warrington
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HMRC deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Supervision of other Payroll Team Leaders
- Carry out internal audits
- Support team managers with complex technicak queries and offer advice
- Deliver training when necessary
- Carry out reviews
- Report on payroll perfomance and risk
- Implement process improvement wherever possible
- Take ownership of pension schemes
Essential Experience:
- 4+ years payroll experience
- Experience managing large payrolls
- Auto enrolment experience
- Process improvement experience
Desirable Experience:
- Compliance experience
- Use of ISO 90001
- Worked within a group company
