Finance Business Partner

This is a truly fantastic opportunity. Our client is a leading not for profit/charity organisation based in Northampton. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner who would be either straight from a practice background or an experienced Business Partner looking to further their career in a commercially driven organisation.

The role reports to a Senior Finance Business Partner and will be a key contact for providing assistance and assurance with management information to key stakeholders. While this organisation is charitable by nature, it is very commercially run and would give you future career options of whether to stay in the not for profit sector or continue a career in the commercial sector.

The Finance Business Partner is very much a business facing finance role. Responsibilities will include build rapport and challenge a range of senior staff; work closely with senior managers to assist in strategic decision making; produce annual budgets; maintain and improving the groups systems and taking on various projects. You will also; plan and deliver the month end process; provide regular forecasts; take responsibility for the annual production of income and expenditure and liaise with external auditors.
