Your new company
This organisation is the most ambitious of the new types of housing projects in the UK, who are creating a fertile prospect for a community to build homes and a new community. It is all about self-build, custom build and a new village centre. The team was established in 2015 and are gearing up to deliver, so we are acquiring fresh skills. We are now located on site, near the edge of Bicester so we are set to grow into our new surroundings over the next 10 years. We are looking for a range of skills from financial, commercial, delivery, sales and team support. This is your chance to help us grow, properly establish us as a team, and make your mark on truly innovating in making a new form of housing happen.

Your new role
This new, in-house resource will achieve four primary benefits;
1 to provide much needed day to day advice, support and collaboration with the Managing Director but also all the executive and other team members
2 to be a key member of the newly established team to infuse good practice in procurement, financial management and negotiation
3 to formulate and manage the whole assurance approach which is essential protection for the shareholders, board and the team
4 to manage costs and reduced consultancy input.

What you'll need to succeed

• Principal relationship with the Managing Director
• Board reporting
• Financial input, advice and monitoring across the team
• Procurement input, advice and monitoring across the team
• Assurance key responsibility
• Business information/data, new systems
• Commercial business case and investment analysis
• Compliance
