Senior Finance Manager

This division of a leading, FMCG business is currently recruiting for an operationally focussed Finance Manager  to support;the Finance Director through a major period of growth and change. 

This business partnering role involves supporting the Finance Director and Operations Director as a right hand person covering a broad range of value adding tasks and projects. 

Scope of the role: 

• Enhance finance business partnering philosophy throughout the business to provide a high quality service to key stakeholders and improve decision making capability providing timely and complete management reporting of financial results, 
• Drive projects to improve efficiency within the factory and ensure profit improvement plans are achieved
• Finance lead in;the New Product Development team for products manufactured from the site;
• Implement weekly and monthly management reporting advising senior management on potential risks and opportunities
