Responsibilities:
*Responsible for supporting the end to end delivery of quality e-Billing services by global teams, ensuring that the e-Bills are billed in a timely and efficient manner.
*The e-Billing Analyst underpins the e-Billing process from client on-boarding through to successful delivery of the bill to the client - ensuring that systems are configured correctly.
*The system changes are completed quickly and accurately and that support requests are resolved seamlessly.
Experience:
*Ideally have previous experience of supporting the delivery of e-Billing services within a legal firm.
*Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement with e-Billing client procedures.
*Experience of supporting key IT systems in a legal environment would be advantageous.
