A Financial Analyst appointment in Edinburgh for a part/qualified accountant offering £30,000 - £35,000


Your new company A market leader in their field, your new firm is a global manufacturing organisation that has been providing expert support to clients across 6 continents for two centuries. Your new position will be based in the company's vibrant Edinburgh office. Your new role As Financial Analyst you will sit alongside the Senior Financial Analyst and report into the Finance Business Partner. You will be responsible for:

• Providing timely and accurate analyses to Finance management and the wider business
• Taking an active role in the creation of the monthly management accounting information, including the three-month forecast
• Working with the wider Finance team in the creation of the annual budget
• Maintenance of standing costing
• Production of monthly management accounts

What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in securing your new role, you need to a be qualified or in the CA, ACCA , CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant experience within a similar role, ideally within manufacturing. Exceptional candidates from a different business sector who can demonstrate relatable experience will also be considered. You should be a confident and motivated individual with the desire to succeed and you should be a strong communicator who is able to both work as part of a team and take the lead when required.
