The Group CFO of a large private equity-backed global business operation is looking to hire an experienced Controller to support on key, group-wide accounting projects.
The Controller will be able to operate at a strategic level and with close proximity to the PE investors whilst also being highly experienced across technical accounting finance projects including proficiency with IFRS standards. In particular, the projects require previous expertise of leading on fair value adjustments which is a specific requirement for this position. The role will also support the CFO on additional technical accounting matters as the organisation continues to undertake M&A transactions so this resource will be utilised both in specialists situations as well as more broadly.
Applicants will be technically very experienced and have the natural gravitas to operate at Board level in a significant business operation. This is a long-term assignment with an expected initial 12 months as the business is undergoing significant transformation and growth.
