Interim Finance Project Manager - BPO Finance Transformation

 

Client Description:

Green Park is proud to partner with a Global Business Services Group.  

Background of assignment:

Our client is currently going through a major finance transformation and the director leading the transformation requires the support from an experienced interim finance project manager to be their “right hand” on this project. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the other process leads with form the transformation delivery team (Controller, FP&A, Balance sheet/debt), including the director and even the CFO are all held accountable with regards to their objectives.

Assignment description:

•      Establish yourself into the newly created role as interim finance project lead.

•       Evaluate their current position and how it compares to their objective.

•       Partner with the director and engage with their third party BPO provider and negotiate the service level agreement to meet the needs of the business.

•       Derived from your track record of delivery on similar BPO projects (size, scale and geographical locations) help create a programme plan and assist the director on advising the Senior Leadership Team on the execution.

•       Work closely with the other process leads to understand their objectives, what progress they have made so far and how does this compare with the timescales that have been set – for those that are behind, understand why, help find a solution and hold them accountable.

•       Given the nature of the role, the current state of the business and programme objective, you will need to be robust and be able to demonstrate your track record of challenging CFO and other C suite individuals,

Candidate description:

We require an interim finance project manager who has built up a strong track record of project management and delivery of specific finance outsourcing/BPO transformation on an international scale, working with or for a global business. Consultants will need experience of both Indian and European based centres, experience of migrating services/roles from one centre to another, strong experience of SLAs & contract re/negotiation and a core background in qualified finance to be in a position to work effectively with the process leads.

Candidate requirements:

In addition to the required experience, flexibility around travel and immediately available, the target start date: 3rd of July.  

Package:

Day Rate: £600+ | Term: 9 Months+
