Private Client Tax Partner

Due to succession issues this highly regarded medium size Chartered Accountancy Practice requires a talented and experienced Private Client Tax professional to take over the running of its Private Client Service Tax service.

Whilst you will be responsible for overseeing the Private Client Tax team, and reviewing their work, your main focus will be the provision of Advisory services to their high quality client base. As such the successful candidate will be an experienced Private Client Tax professional, CTA  and possibly ACA / ACCA qualified, and currently working either at Partner or Director level with a Top 20 practice or reputable smaller Independent firm.

Key areas of advisory expertise should include Residency and Domicile issues, Inheritance Tax and Estate planning, Trusts, and Tax Planning for HNWIs. Clients will include entrepreneurial business owners and so some understanding of broader OMB Tax issues would be welcomed.

In addition to strong technical skills in these areas you should also have proven communication and client handling skills and the ability to talk with clients about both their business and personal goals and objectives.

As a key part of the Partner team you will be encouraged to be actively involved in business development and marketing initiatives and there is a good opportunity to grow an already profitable team.

A fee or client following is not required for this role but could obviously be attractive.
